All the courses and programmes at Bergzicht Training are offered in English and Afrikaans. If you’re interested in enrolling for our courses and programmes, you can do it in three easy steps:

STEP 1:

Contact us and provide us with your details to apply for the compulsory iPower Foundation Programme.

Please note: You have to register and complete the iPOWER Foundation Programme first before you are allowed to move to an Advanced Programme.

STEP 2:

You will have to undergo a selection process for the iPOWER Foundation Programme. This process is by invitation only. Once you have been informed by one of our staff members that you have been selected for the iPOWER Foundation Programme, you may register for it.

STEP 3:

Once you have completed our iPOWER Foundation Programme, you can gain access to one of our three Advanced Programmes – Edu Care, Health and Frail Care, and City and Guilds’ Professional Cooking and Food and Beverage Service – through a selection process.

STEP 4:

Once you have completed one of the Advanced Programmes, you will be invited to attend a short Employability Skills Course to help you get ready for the world of work.

Added benefits

STUDENT SUPPORT

We offer welfare support and mentorship to our students throughout our programmes and during early employment. So don’t despair if you’re struggling with certain challenges, we are here to help you overcome all those obstacles in your way.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Our courses and programmes are structured in such a manner that the work-integrated learning opportunities that our students are involved in function as a means for them to offer their services free of charge to the institutions and organisations where they are based for that period. Not only do our students benefit through exposure to real working environments and practical experience, but they are also able to give back to the communities in which their employers are based.
